Welcome to the New Site!

I finally took the plunge and bought my own domain:

ourprovidenthome.com

Hooray!

This is something I have wanted to do for a very long time. While at it I moved to a self-hosted wordpress blog. If you don’t know what that means, don’t worry too much, it just means I’m getting serious about this blogging thing and now I’ll have the resources to take it to the next level.

I’m still working out all the kinks and tweeking things a bit, but all the old posts are moved to the new location.  Any of the old .blogspot.com links for my stuff should redirect to the new site.  You are welcome to update any links you have on your own sites.

If you find any weird links or goofy stuff on the new site let me know in the comments of this post.  This is my first migration and I haven’t checked everything. Plus, any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for reading!

Here’s to the next level.

  1. Just wanted to say way to go on your decision to bring your blog to the next level! I love the idea of preparedness, especially when it comes to food and money. I dream of creating a stockpile of food for my family because you never know what life will throw at you. Anyway, keep up the great work!
