A couple of meals this week are carryovers from last week. The Garlic Cilantro Lime Rice was super yummy, although next time I’m using less onion. And Success! Every one of my kids tried the steamed broccoli and carrots from Tuesday. One of them even said it was good. Slowly but surely I’ll get us eating, and loving, more veggies.

Friday: Homemade Pizza, Green Salad, Veggie Plate
Saturday: Spicy Chili, Corn Chips, Green Salad
Sunday: Salisbury Steak, Boiled Potatoes, Sweet Carrots, Rolls
Monday: Pizza Pasta, Green Salad, Parmesan Bread Bites
Tuesday: Scalloped Potatoes and Ham in the Crock Pot, Green Beans, Artisan Bread
