I did a horrible job sticking to the plan last week. Horrible! Too much going out to eat and pancakes for dinner. I blame it on the fact that I neglected to print the plan out and post on my fridge, but mostly I’m just to blame. This week will be better, I’ve promised myself that.
Here’s the plan:
Friday: Homemade Pizza, Green Salad, Veggie Tray
Saturday: Hot Dogs, Chips & Dip, Carrot Sticks
Monday: Lasagna, Parmesan Bread Bites, Caesar Salad
Tuesday: Chicken and Rice, Green Beans, Rolls
Wednesday: Lentil Tacos, Beans & Rice, Chips & Salsa
