We had homemade pizza last week and it was absolutely delicious. From scratch crust and tomato sauce from last years garden, out of the freezer of course, all made for a cheap meal.
I did pretty good sticking to the plan this week, although we did mix the days up a bit, but I consider that sticking to the plan.
Here’s what I’m planning for this week:
Thursday: Chicken Noodle Soup, Artisan Bread, Cheese, Green Salad
Friday: Homemade Pizza, Green Salad, Veggie/Fruit Tray
Saturday: Breakfast Egg and Bacon Sandwiches, Tator Tots, Fruit
Sunday: Steak, Roasted Baby Potatoes, Peas, Rolls
Monday: Spaghetti, Parmesan Bread Bites, Caesar Salad
Tuesday: Spicy Chicken Skillet, Rice
Wednesday: Bean Burritos, Spanish Rice, Chips & Salsa
