Apples for Applesauce

Today I bought 90 lbs. of apples to make applesauce.

Yes, you read that right… 90 lbs!

It was a steal at $40.

Hopefully, I should get somewhere between 22 and 28 quarts of applesauce.  Plus, I can use the leftover cooking juice to make Apple Jelly.

Canning is on the “To Do” list for Friday.
